Cast Net Clinic at Whitehall: Land Preservation Program
During this hour and a half long clinic, you will learn about the history of cast netting, throw cast nets, and get an up-close look at some of the creatures that live in the Lowcountry's salt marshes.

Whitehall Park is 9.72- acres of upland mixed pine and live oak forest at the base of the Woods Memorial Bridge on Lady's Island, across the Beaufort River from downtown Beaufort and opposite the highway from the Whitehall Boat Ramp.
Beaufort County collaborates with the City of Beaufort, the Open Land Trust, and the Friends of Whitehall Park on park management, maintenance and volunteer opportunities. The Friends of Whitehall Park also work closely with the County and City on volunteer activities and fundraiser.
